

DEI was awarded the Rock Ridge Apartments Utilities project from Edward Rose & Sons. Detailed work includes installation of 1,360 lf of 6”-8” sanitary sewer and 9 manholes, installation of 1,700 lf of 8” waterline, hydrants, fireline and meter vaults and hydrants and installation of 700 lf of storm sewer including manholes and inlets, as well as rip rap installation. Work also includes construction of roadway including aggregate base course installation, asphalt and concrete paving and curb, gutter and sidewalks.
DEI was awarded the URSA Major Site Plan – Phase 1 project from URSA Major Technologies. Work includes the construction of two full-spectrum detention pond facilities to manage stormwater runoff, improvements along the County Road 7 frontage such as re-grading roadside swales and installing upgraded storm culverts, and the installation of an on-site private water line loop to meet fire flow demands. Pond installation includes excavation & grading, concrete outlet structures, toe walls, trickle channel, swales, 30”-42” RCP and installation of crusher fines maintenance trails. Waterline installation of 577 l.f. of PVC waterline, gate vales, 2,399 l.f. of 8” PVC waterline and gate valves, and 201 l.f. of DIP waterline and gate valves and connections to existing waterline. Roadway improvements include grading, replacing two gravel roads and asphalt paving.
