Denver Gateway Center Filing No. 7
DEI was awarded the Denver Gateway Center Filing No. 7 project from Gateway North LLC. This project involves construction of 64th Ave from Tower Road to Dunkirk Street and construction on Argonne St. and Ceylon St. including earthwork, erosion control, storm sewer improvements, concrete and asphalt, signage, striping and traffic signals. Utility improvements includes 1,044 l.f. of 15”-36” RCP storm sewer, 46 l.f. of HERCP and inlets and 2,584 l.f. of waterline. Earthwork & road construction includes 15,755 c.y. of site cut and fill, 20,968 c.y. of cement and moisture treated subgrade, aggregate base course installation, 19,439 s.y. of asphalt paving, 5,641 l.f. of curb & gutter and 4,756 l.f. of sidewalk. Work also includes roadway signage and striping, erosion control.
High Point Park and West Fork Regional Trail
DEI was awarded the High Point Park and West Fork Regional Trail project from the Denver High Point Metropolitan District. This project includes trail installation, park construction, earthwork and utility installation. Trail construction includes installation of approx. 4,000 s.y. concrete trail and 2,000 crusher fines trail. Utility installation includes two waterline lowerings, approx. 900 l.f. of 24”-36” RCP, 328 l.f. of 12”PVC, manholes and headwall outfall and approx. 850 l.f. of 8” sanitary sewer and manholes. Earthwork includes approx. 27,191 c.y. of unclassified excavation and 14,500 c.y. of over excavation, installation of parking lot including subgrade prep and grading and installation of asphalt paving, curb & gutter and aggregate base course. Park construction includes the installation of pickleball courts, a shade structure, benches, picnic tables, bike racks, trash and pet receptacles and seeding.
Wastewater System Improvements
DEI was awarded the Wastewater System Improvements project from the Town of Gilcrest. This project includes installation of approximately 3,206 linear feet of 8-inch sewer main, 9,088 linear-feet 8-inch cured in place pipe, 12 removal and replacement of manholes, various manhole repairs and rehabilitation, sanitary sewer point repairs, removal and replacement of asphalt, road base, and site restoration. The project also includes replacement of the 8th street and 12th street sanitary sewer lift stations.
