DEI was awarded the Lake Bluff Phase 1 Development Project from the Lake Bluff Metropolitan District No. 1. This project includes earthwork, utilities and road construction for future development at Hwy 34 & 95th Ave. Detailed storm sewer infrastructure work includes installation of 4,881 lf of 18”, 1,492 lf of 24”, 429 lf of 30”, 142 lf of 36” and 719 lf of 42” RCP storm sewer, manholes and inlets, construction of 5 pond forebay outlets structures & concrete spillway and installation of 2,000 tons of riprap. Sanitary sewer work includes 3,488 lf of 8” , 1,344 lf of 10”, 1,810 lf of 12” and 2,970 lf of 21” PVC sanitary sewer and manholes. Waterline work includes installation of 4,696 lf of 8”, 4,663 lf of 12” and 10,300 lf of 16” PVC watermain, gate valves and hydrants for potable water system and installation of 12,862 lf of 12” non potable waterline, and boring of waterline under Hwy 34 & promontory pkwy. Earthwork & road construction includes site clearing & removals, 5,560 cy of unclassified excavation cut & fill, 5,760 sy of concrete paving and aggregate base course installation, 57,600 sy of asphalt paving, 64,690 sy of moisture subgrade treatment and aggregate base course, concrete flatwork installation of 22,941 lf of curb & gutter, 4,732 lf of sidewalks, handicap ramps and 38,538 lf of pavement marking.
DEI was awarded the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center project from Elder Construction. This project is the renovation of an existing site into a teen center for the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County. Detailed work includes demolition of existing building, removal of asphalt & concrete, site cut and fill, scarify, compact and fine grade for parking area, structural excavation and backfill and installation of fireline service and waterline, sanitary sewer and miscellaneous storm sewer repairs.
DEI was awarded the Lake Bluff Phase 1 Development project from Meritage Homes. Work includes site development for the Lake Bluff Phase 1 subdivision. Detailed work includes installation of 3,500 l.f. of sanitary sewer main, 15 manholes and 122 services, installation of 4,300 l.f. of 8” water main, hydrants and 122 services. Work also includes 60,700 c.y. of site cut and fill, scarify and recompact, 3,500 tons of aggregate base course, 11,605 s.y. of asphalt paving, 8,090 l.f. of concrete curb & gutter, 5,961 l.f. of sidewalk and handicap ramps and erosion control.
DEI was awarded the Broadview Acres Trail Phase 2 & 3 Project from the City of Greeley. This project consists of construction of an 8’ wide multi use trail alongside Greeley Canal #3. Detailed work includes removals & clearing and grubbing, 1 147 cy of unclassified excavation, installation of 3,643 sy 8’ wide concrete trail, erosion control and landscape restoration.
